LED (Lighting Emitting Diode) lighting is LED lighting, which is a semiconductor solid light emitting device. It uses the solid semiconductor chip as the light-emitting material, and emits excess energy through carrier recombination in the semiconductor to cause photon emission, which directly emits red, yellow, blue and green light. On this basis, it can emit light of any color by adding phosphor based on the principle of three primary colors. The lighting fixtures made of LED as the light source are LED lamps. Among LED lighting fixtures, LED lighting fixtures for reflective purposes can be completely competent for any occasion, and large area indoor lighting is not yet mature. The LED of LED light source is made of III-IV compounds, such as GaAs (gallium arsenide), GaP (gallium phosphide), GaAsP (gallium phosphorus arsenide) and other semiconductors, and its core is a PN junction. Therefore, it has the I-V characteristics of the general P-N junction, that is, forward conduction, reverse cut-off and breakdown characteristics. In addition, under certain conditions, it also has luminous properties. Under forward voltage, electrons are injected into P region from N region, and holes are injected into N region from P region. A part of the minority carriers (minority carriers) entering the other side's region are compounded with the majority carriers (multi carriers) to emit light.
